In verse 10, we saw the reason He was not going to make things happen. The bible says, “He was waiting for a city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God.” Abraham was a great man of God; he understands what many believers in Christ does not understand today. He had an understanding that there is nothing a man could build with his own ability that can stand. Therefore, instead of trying out something for himself, he rather waited! I want you to know that God's intention for us is to bring us to a place where you do nothing so that we can trust and rely on what He's done.
